Candle Factory Handrails
This is a project we completed for the historic Will & Boumer Candle Factory, which is currently being converted into apartment units. Our work included installing continuous handrails across all four floors, with side-mounted assist rails for added safety and convenience.

Sectional Boiler
This project focuses on re-gasketing a sectional steam or hot water boiler. Over time, the gaskets between the boiler sections can deteriorate or become damaged. In this process, we carefully disassemble the sections, thoroughly clean and inspect them, and perform any necessary repairs. Once the sections are prepared, we install new, high-quality gaskets and reassemble the boiler, ensuring a tight seal and restoring its efficiency and reliability.

Syracuse Market Handrails
This project involves the custom fabrication and installation of handrails for a local market, designed according to a specified blueprint. The handrails were carefully crafted and securely anchored by being concreted into the ground, ensuring both durability and stability for long-term use.

Boiler Re-tube
This project involves a comprehensive boiler retubing process. The old tubes are carefully removed, and the interior of the boiler is thoroughly cleaned to ensure optimal performance. All holes are inspected and cleaned, and new tubes are precisely installed. Depending on the requirements, the tubes are either rolled or seal-welded to ensure a secure, leak-free fit, restoring the boiler's efficiency and functionality. After all of this, the boiler is filled with water and tested to the correct psi, ensuring it can safely withstand operational pressure and confirming the integrity of the installation.
